Game Structure and Scoring
Parallel Sort Burst reveals twelve independent fair bits (0 or 1) in order. Each consecutive pair of bits represents one value from zero to three. The game runs six odd-even transposition-sort phases, starting comparisons at positions 0, 2, and 4. The score is the largest number of swaps occurring in a single phase.
Three scoring modes are available, each priced by its exact unconditional mean:
- Power 1 (Raw Score): Mean = 1.8955078125
- Power 2 (Squared Score): Mean = 4.0244140625
- Power 3 (Cubed Score): Mean = 9.1728515625
The live gross bank quote is calculated as: 0.96 × captured whole stake × conditional expected terminal raw score raised to selected power / unconditional mean for that power. All unrevealed completions are averaged exactly. The quote can rise or fall. If the conditional potential becomes zero, the round settles at zero gross.
Controls, Modes and Stopping Rules
Players select a raw-score power (1, 2, or 3) and an automatic reveal cap (4, 8, or 12 revealed bits) before starting. The captured stake, power, and cap are locked during the live round. Sound remains available throughout.
- Manual Bank: Available immediately while live to settle the current conditional quote.
- Auto-Bank: Triggers automatically at the selected cap (4, 8, or 12). If the conditional value hits zero before the cap, it settles at zero earlier.
- Auto10: Not used; no Auto10 queue exists.
Each semantic reveal follows a 650ms interval. No hidden future bit is exposed before its reveal. Actions use no information about hidden bits; all unused future bits are averaged exactly.
Mathematical Evidence and RTP
Twelve fair independent bits define 4096 equally likely complete words. The exact expected gross return under the supported stopping policies (bank at cap or earlier zero conditional value) is 96%. This is not a guarantee of net profit or a promised session result.
Saved measurements from 1,000,000 rounds per configuration support the independently calculated exact gross RTP of 0.96. Measured values fluctuate slightly around this exact figure:
| Mode | Auto Cap | Exact gross RTP | Measured RTP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | 4 | 96% | 95.9943% |
| 0 | 8 | 96% | 95.9892% |
| 0 | 12 | 96% | 96.0377% |
| 1 | 4 | 96% | 96.0172% |
| 1 | 8 | 96% | 95.9088% |
| 1 | 12 | 96% | 96.0026% |
| 2 | 4 | 96% | 96.0177% |
| 2 | 8 | 96% | 95.9560% |
| 2 | 12 | 96% | 96.0442% |
Wallet, Persistence and Settlement
The demo uses a virtual wallet with specific persistence rules:
- Initial Balance: 1000 virtual coins.
- Refill: Manual idle-only restoration. If the balance falls below 10 while idle, it sets the balance to exactly 1000. This is not an automatic replenishment or adding coins; it is a manual reset.
- Fractional Carry: Persists across settlement, refill, and reload.
- Settled Balance: Persists locally, including zero.
- Unfinished Reload: Ends without refund or resume. If a round is interrupted by a reload, the captured debit is lost.
Stake, mode, and refill are locked while active.
Privacy and Data Storage
Privacy observations are limited to source-observable facts:
- Storage: The demo uses browser localStorage for settled demo balance and fractional carry. This does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing.
- Third-Party Requests: The page loads Google Fonts stylesheets and font files and includes the Statinside counter 44 request. These external requests may transmit network and browser information. Local wallet storage does not establish anonymity. This guide does not establish external retention, profiling or sale policies. Clearing cached files is different from removing this site’s localStorage.
- Account/Payment: No demo account flow or payment flow is observed. The absence of account controls does not prove that no personal data are processed.
Clearing cached files may leave local storage where it is actually used. Terms explain this guide's scope and do not invent legal releases or establish an outside company's policies.
Audience and Responsible Use
This guide targets an 18+ audience. This is an intended audience policy, not a claim about local law or an implemented age gate. It is not a statement of local legality.
Responsible use includes optional pauses, a personal time/virtual-coin limit, and finding appropriate local qualified help. The demo does not clinically train behaviour or make losses safe. There is no promise of account-level blocking, a timer, or self-exclusion tools that the interface does not have. Do not assume the demo makes losses safe or guarantees profit.
Frequently asked questions
What is the exact expected return of Parallel Sort Burst?
The exact expected gross return under the supported stopping policies (bank at cap or earlier zero conditional value) is 96%. This is not a guarantee of net profit. The exact calculation gives a gross RTP of 0.96; saved samples of 1,000,000 rounds per configuration are supporting observations.
How does the wallet refill and persistence work?
The initial balance is 1000. A manual idle-only refill sets the balance to exactly 1000 when it falls below 10 while idle. Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill, and reload. If you reload during an unfinished round, the captured debit is lost without refund or resume.
